This site is run by Brandon Casale.

What I collect. When you join the DOWNSHIFT list: your email address, the time you joined, and the version of the sign-up wording you agreed to. To stop abuse, the site also keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address for 30 days, then deletes it. When you email me about coaching or partnerships: whatever you put in the email; it stays in my inbox. Nothing else: no ad trackers, no analytics cookies. The site remembers settings in your browser only.

Why. To tell you when DOWNSHIFT's first batch is available, and nothing else. I won't email you about anything else, and I won't sell or rent your address. Joining the list reserves your place in line for the first batch. It isn't a purchase and isn't a guarantee of stock.

Who else sees it. Supabase stores the list and Vercel hosts the site; both process it on my behalf. Mathen Solutions, the studio that built this site and runs it for me, can also see the list. When I send the launch email, the email service I use will see your address to deliver it. Nobody else.

How long. Until the first batch has shipped and the list has done its job, or until you ask me to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your choices. Email brandon.casale89@gmail.com to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted; I'll do it within 30 days. Every email I send will have an unsubscribe link. If you're in the UK or EU, you're consenting when you join the list, and you can withdraw that consent any time the same way.

Age. This site and the list aren't for anyone under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email me and I'll remove them.

Changes. If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
